Solution: Double check the spelling that is being entered and also the email address you used when you signed up, you can find this in your activation email. You should also check that your keyboard NUM LOCK and CAPS LOCK is switched off.
Security Code Failure
Solution: Click the 'refresh image' link on the login page to change the security image code.
