How Do I Change My FTP Password?
Follow the steps below to change your FTP password.

• Read the FTP password restrictions shown below
• Login to your account control panel
• Select the domain you wish to configure
• Click on the FTP link
• Enter your new password and press 'Submit'

Are There Any FTP Password Restrictions?

• Your FTP password must be at least 6 characters long
• Your password must NOT contain ampersands (&)
• Your password must NOT contain spaces (  )
• We highly recommend that you change your
  password regularly and use a password of 12 characters or more.

How Long Does My Password Take To Update?
You should allow up to 30 minutes for any changes to take effect after changing your password.
